My City My Run 2024’ took place on Sunday, 25th February 2024, at the Leisure Valley Parking in Gurgaon. This event, which was organized as part of the city’s annual calendar, aimed to promote fitness and community spirit among residents. Suncity School, aligning with its yearly theme, ’Uketamo,’ actively participated and contributed to the success of this significant event.

The event featured races covering various distances to cater to participants of all age groups. The schedule for the races was as follows:

• Full Marathon: 42KM, Flag Off at 4:30 AM, Reporting Time at 4:00 AM
• Half Marathon: 21KM, Flag Off at 6:30 AM, Reporting Time at 6:00 AM
• 10km Run: Flag Off at 7:30 AM, Reporting Time at 7:00 AM
• 5km Run: Flag Off at 8:30 AM, Reporting Time at 8:00 AM

The event saw an impressive turnout, with thousands of participants and spectators gathering at the venue. Among the attendees were 12 students, 7 parents, and sports teachers from Suncity School, who actively participated in the run, adding to the school’s representation and enthusiasm for the event.

The event also offered attractive cash prizes to the winners, with the following amounts awarded:

• 1st Prize: 1.5 lakh
• 2nd Prize: 75000
• 3rd Prize: 50000

‘My City My Run 2024’ was a resounding success, thanks to the enthusiastic participation of individuals from all walks of life.
